We must remember we are dealing with the sovreign country of Mexico. We are subject to their direction.
Our emphasis/strategy must be re-directed to influencing the Mexican gov't and hope they will ask for our assisstance in matters such as sending in div...ers or making public their searching strategies
What a great job this site has done. i have received calls from Hawaii and Massachussetts among other states. We have kept this topic in the forefront.but now, we must find a way to influence the Mexican gov't and their policies
