The Federales boarded the "Erik" before they set off from San Felipe. They spoke to the Captain and told him that the ship was NOT AUTHORIZED to go forward with the trip due to a STORM coming. The Federales assumed the Captain would take the appropriate action, but HE DID NOT!
The passengers WERE NOT INFORMED! The passengers were experienced sports-fisherman and WOULD NOT have gone forward with the trip if they would have known about the storm.
WE NEED YOU TO REACH OUT TO YOUR CONGRESS PERSON TO USE THEIR INFLUENCE TO CONTINUE THE SEARCH EFFORTS PAST THE 96 HOURS (96 hours is 2:30 a.m. tomorrow, Thursday)
